Products and Services

Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum Products

We offer a range of products related to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. While we strive to ensure that product descriptions are accurate, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, prices, or other content on the website are error-free, complete, or current.

Doula Services

Our doula services include support during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement signed by both parties prior to the commencement of services. Our doulas provide non-medical support, and our services should not replace or interfere with medical advice or care.

Doula Services requires a 50% deposit of the total package amount paid upon booking of the service, agreeing to these Service Terms and completion of Alba Moon Client In-take Form and the remaining 50% is due at 35weeks. Invoices will be emailed to you for payment.

Orders

Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order for any reason, including availability or suspicion of fraud.

Payment

All payments must be made through the payment methods provided on our website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the availability of products. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges required for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds Products

We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Some items, such as personal care products, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
